Our team works on understanding the molecular mechanisms of enzymes and macromolecules. We use X-ray crystallography as a tool to investigate how proteins work at the atomic level. Our targets are mainly xenobiotic and nitric oxide receptors, cytochrome P450s and purine metabolizing enzymes.
In parallel, we have developed a structural and molecular analysis platform (SMAP) open to academic and private teams. This platform offers several services such as gene cloning, prokaryote expression, protein purification and crystallization, determination of three dimensional protein structure, molecular modeling and small molecule mass spectrometry.
